Total weight: Enter the total allowable weight of your motorhome in kilograms (kg). This is the most important factor in calculating tax for mobile homes.
Emission class select 🌱: Select the appropriate pollutant class of your vehicle:

➡️ S1 – high emissions
➡️ S2 – medium emissions
➡️ S3 – low emissions
➡️ S4+ – lowest emissions

The permissible total weight (F. 1) is the decisive factor for the calculation of tax in the case of mobile homes, and determines the amount of the Tax. ⚖️
The emission class is usually found in box 14.1. If it is not specified, you can request one from the manufacturer or the Approval Agency. 🏷️
The numbering in the box of older vehicles may differ. Search for ‘Perm. Total Weight’ or ‘GVWR’. 📄
Imported campers should use the German registration data rather than the data from the country of origin. 🌍
Modern mobile homes usually have emission class S3 or S4; older models often have class S1 or S2. ⚡
